Our FULL SERVICE CATERING PACKAGE includes:

  • glass salt and pepper shakers and butter dishes at each table
  • our Masterpiece gold or silver rimmed 10 inch dinner plates and 6 inch salad plates
  • Dominion stainless steel flatware (3 piece)
  • disposable water glasses
  • Masterpiece gold or silver rimmed coffee cup and saucer
  • paper dinner napkins
  • Disposable champagne flutes are available at 50¢ each

We use high quality chafing units, stainless steel serving utensils and wicker bread baskets at buffet.

The equipment and waitstaff will arrive well in advance of your first guest arrival and will set the tables with flatware, plates, cups, napkins, salt, pepper and butter containers. Servers will assist in buffet lines and will clear plates and utensils after dinner service is complete.
